Our services combine the multiple disciplines of Hosted IP Telephony, Data Connectivity, Business Mobile, Managed IT and Cyber Security, each overlaid with comprehensive service and high touch account management culture.
To help maintain and drive efficiency, we are looking for someone with a strong technical background with excellent customer service and communication skills who will have the ability to work independently.
The Team
You will be joining the Service Assurance team where you will be responsible for attending customer sites to install, maintain and problem solve system issues. You will assist with the efficient working of the in-house Service Assurance team whilst delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
Role Summary
You will be instrumental in working with the provisioning and sales teams to ensure solutions are built and delivered to meet customer expectation. You will attend project meetings and ensure stakeholders are updated regularly with progress throughout the project delivery phase.
Responsibilities
- Install Cloud Telephony Systems
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Consult with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

- Experience of cabling desirable
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years Cloud Telephony experience, installation and support
- Sound understanding of SIP telephony protocol
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience
- Deep understanding of Draytek, Ruckus and UniFi equipment
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- First-hand experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
