This role will focus on leading the monthly Bill Run for all Direct companies within the Affinity billing system whilst ensuring the accuracy and efficiencies of our processes comply with both business needs and industry standards.
Job Objective
- Supervise Bill Run for Direct businesses
- Lead team of Billing Administrators & Billing Analysts
- Analyse Billing Data to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for Improvements
- Compile Management Reporting to Head of Billing and Directors

List of key tasks:
- Oversee the timely and accurate generation of invoices for all Direct businesses billing
- Maintain data in Billing system to suit business needs
- Mentor and Develop Billing Team Lead
- Provide support and leadership to Billing Employees in all Direct Offices
- Monthly reporting
- Challenge current reporting methodology to improve quality of reporting
- On the Job training
- Quarterly 1 2 1’s and annual appraisals
- Review existing business processes to standardise, simplify and automate
- Work with the internal Management Information team to automate internal reports
- Maintain a continual cycle of process improvement for internal teams where billing is the final endpoint
- Responsible for upholding the quality management systems in line with ISO:9001 and internally documented practises.
Duties shall include but not be limited to the following:
- Training and development of other departments across the Direct group companies
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures of best practices and standards.
- Travel to other group offices
