Reporting to: Billing Manager and Director of Management Information Systems (MIS)

The primary function of this role is to ensure our customers are billed accurately and on-time each month. This role will assist in the population and amending of our customer invoice charges and ensure these are kept up to date, along with handling incoming customer queries following the monthly invoices.

Objectives:

  • Adding, removing and editing customer charges
  • Handling the setup of new customer accounts and ensuring the charges align to the customers signed agreement
  • Ensuring that the process prior to billing being required has been completed fully
  • Work with internal teams to streamline processes
  • Supporting in the Bill Run
  • Running and maintaining customer reports
  • Creating ad-hoc bespoke reports based on Customer billing data
